The Teardrop rapist
The 'Teardrop' rapist (identity unknown) is a man responsible for 35 sexual assaults on women, including minors, in Los Angeles, California.〔Winton, Richard. On 27 July 2013, LAPD announced their collaboration with the FBI, and increased the reward to $100,000 ($25,000 from the FBI〔http://www.fbi.gov/news/news_blog/wanted-by-the-fbi-serial-sexual-attacker〕).
